Garden/area
You will come across the words "garden" and "area" in most of the descriptions on our site. There is a significant difference between the two. "Garden" refers to a piece of land that has been laid out with vegetation and that is suitable for reposing in. "Area" refers to a piece of land that has been laid out to a lesser extent or that has not been laid out at all. You are free to enter this area and, in some cases, you can also put the garden furniture on it, yet you should not expect it to be like a garden. You should also keep in mind that gardens in France are not necessarily the same as the gardens you are used to at home.
